$6.25lb based on the hanging weight plus $100 slaughter ($600 - $780)
You can customize processing if orders are placed before 10/7, processing not included. You pay the processor at time of pickup based on your order preferences (they charge $1.30/lb plus specialty products; smoking/sausage etc) or after 10/7 sides will be available to purchase including the cost of standard processing. Ready for pickup in approximately 2 weeks. Orders taken through our website hungatefarms.com, email or sending us a message.

Alaska has its challenges, especially as we approach fall and the “muddy season”
Heres a few things we do for happy hog wellness (aka fabulous tasting pork!):
* Automatic watering system and consistent diet of free choice local ground barley and added swine supplement - gravity fed on an elevated platform to maintain clean fresh feed.
* Large pasture for roaming, rooting and playing in the fresh air with bedded shelters to stay dry.
* Lots of friends to play with!
Its not too late to reserve your whole or half hog! Taking deposits through the website. Custom processing with Bear Mountain Meats (BMM) in Palmer or Farm pickup and process yourself - October 3rd or 4th.

We have 2 sides of Alaska Grown Pork ready for Pickup at Bear Mountain Meats in Palmer.
Either $800 per side or $1,500 for both all inclusive (pork, slaughter, cut, vacuum packed, smoked hams,hocks, bacon and sausage)details as follows:
Pig Order 16 is 104lb hanging has 22lb Hot Breakfast
Pig Order 19 is 94lb hanging has 21lb Hot Italian
Call or text 907-223-1811 to secure, payment is via emailed invoice with credit card link prior to pickup and pickup must be by no later than mid next week( 8/14)
