It has been a lifelong dream for our owners Randy Martin and Robby Martin to own their very own Brewery and Brew Pub. Some of the recipes we use here have been passed down through the Martin Family for generations and have been fine-tuned to what your taste buds can experience. We strive for excellence and quality in everything we do, and we offer a dining experience that is unique and memorable.
We bake our own breads and make all of our own soups, sauces, and dressings. We serve Certified Angus Beef - brand burgers and our seafood is off-the-charts good. Our steaks and prime rib are Choice grade. Our brewery offers beers that have world-class flavor, from the lightest roasted malt to the aromatic bouquet of fine hops. These recipes that we have developed involve a very strict process that has to be meticulously monitored step by step to ensure the highest quality available. We also incorporate our brews into many items on our menu. Take for example our 24kt Gold lager beer battered halibut, it's fantastic!
