Each time we have huge rushes on the weekend, we get scared of the backlash that usually follows…. As we watched the cameras not able to run in to help, we noticed the kids moving, grinding, still smiling and working through the chaos… to see a positive review and private message letting me know that they did wonderful, I couldn’t ask for better customers and a better group of teens… as this is most of their 1st jobs, they have really stepped up to the plate and despise some constant negativity on busy days, they have remained positive….
Even after some customer service role plays last week too, I just couldn’t even ask for a better team and manager to help revive thrive… between the team and grateful customers, Revive can’t fail ❤️❤️
