It’s a beautiful market day in Wasilla & we kegged some XTRA PILLOWY to celebrate. Cans next week. We took our most popular Hazy IPA recipe & scaled it up to a double. Still the same soft mouthfeel & tropical fruit flavor & aroma, but torqued up to 8.1% ABV. Dry hopped w/ Citra & Mosaic. Come by for a glass & we’ll keep you posted on the 4-pack release.

Lots of lessons learned last week. Thanks to all who came out for our cinnamon roll debut, but also apologies to those who were here at 11am and they weren’t ready.

We learned a few things, tweaked the process, & we should be live w/ cinnamon rolls by 10am tomorrow morning - Saturday June 13.
