This was something unexpected, and we appreciate everyone’s understanding as we take the day to be with family.

Saturdays at Blue Ribbon are usually filled with pickups and folks stopping in to talk about their next animal going in the freezer.

We always enjoy getting to visit with the people who come through the door — that's one of the best parts of being a small local processor.
