What makes our Midnight Fudge Brownies so good?

It starts with the ingredients.

Our Midnight Fudge Brownies are made from scratch with Dutch-process cocoa and espresso powder from Modern Mountain Baking Company, creating a deep, rich chocolate flavor. The espresso doesn’t make them taste like coffee - it simply helps bring out even more of the chocolate.

We fold in Ghirardelli mini semi-sweet chocolate chips for little pockets of melted chocolate throughout.
But the texture might be our favorite part.
Thin crackly tops, chewy edges, and soft, dense, seriously fudgy centers.

We keep them simple on the outside because we wanted the brownie itself to be the star. No frosting or elaborate toppings needed - just a rich, chocolatey brownie made with ingredients we genuinely love baking with.

We’re pretty proud of these little brownies. If you’re a fudgy brownie person, we think you’re going to understand why.

Five months into this little bakery journey, we’ve learned a lot about what we want Moon Crumb to be - and we wanted to share a little about the heart behind what we create.

At Moon Crumb, we believe what goes into a baked good matters. We choose quality ingredients because we believe you can taste the difference.

But great ingredients are only part of our story.

We’re inspired by nostalgic flavors, familiar favorites, and creating something unexpected. Sometimes that means completely reimagining a treat you grew up loving. Other times, it means taking a classic and making it the best way we know how.

Most of all, we want to create baked goods you won’t find everywhere else - things that feel distinctly Moon Crumb.

As we continue to grow, experiment, and create, one thing won’t change: quality ingredients, nostalgic inspiration, unique creations, and genuine care behind everything we make.

Small but mighty is kind of our thing.

These little brownies may be small, but they came prepared. Rich, fudgy, chocolatey and made completely from scratch.

We use premium Dutch-process cocoa, Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate, pure vanilla and a touch of espresso to create a deep, rich chocolate flavor.

No boxed brownie mix. No cutting corners. Just really good ingredients baked in small batches.

Pumpkin 🎃 Spice Oatmeal Chip! These are amazing. Soft chewy cookie spiced just right with pure pumpkin.

Pumpkin spice, oatmeal, and real pumpkin make for the absolute ultimate fall cookie combination! Getting that perfect soft and chewy texture when baking with pure pumpkin can sometimes be tricky because of the moisture, but when done right, they are incredibly pillowy and delicious.
