We're celebrating International Women's Day 2026 by highlighting our favorite ladies of the colony... the queen bee and worker bees. In early spring, the queen resumes egg laying after a long winter break, while the worker bees, which are now over 4 months old, begin raising the next generation of spring bees so they're ready to forage when the first flowers bloom. There are no boys in the colony this time of year, it's all GIRL POWER working the hive.

Exciting news! This week we started rolling out our new flavored creamed honeys. Plain, vanilla and cinnamon are in stock now, and our special pumpkin spice is arriving tomorrow. Raspberry, cranberry and spicy jalapeño aren’t far behind. We’ve also got a new lower price, just $18 for a one pound jar!

Flavored creamed honeys are available now on our website and will be coming initially to in Purcellville and in Round Hill later next week.
