Installed two 3lb boxes of bees on Saturday in our two new hives. Already have a honey super on last year's hive! Looking forward to another bountiful honey harvest this year! Maybe we will even have some honey left over to get us through next winter....

Checked on the bees yesterday...seems the bees are very busy! The ground under the hive is covered with dead bees. This is great! Shows that the bees are still active and cleaning out the hive!
