feeding my sourdough because these kids need more English muffins 🤣🤷🏼‍♀️ And I might make a chocolate chip loaf and a muenster loaf 🤣🤣🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️😅
Made oatmeal raisin cookies and let me tell you, I was never a fan until now 😅😅
Then kids requested biscuits and gravy for dinner, with hashbrowns(some get cheese on them and some don't). Hit the spot and I really should go walk around the block 🤣

We smoked some chicken (seasoned with AP and Mediterranean Seasoning), made some tortellini (along with some regular noodles for the kid who doesn't like tortellini 🤣), and doctored up some jar sauce. No bread because we just threw this together last minute, although I did make some sourdough bread earlier 🤣🤣

I made a new recipe of enchilada nacho bake, a new recipe for Spanish rice and some refried beans. I thought I screwed up the Spanish rice pretty bad BUT it turned out pretty good! Next time I'll jazz it up some more with some seasonings. But everyone seemed to like it all ❤️

It was such a beautiful day so we smoked some chicken thighs - seasoned with Chicken Seasoning and a sprinkle of AP, diced up and baked some potatoes- seasoned with a bunch of our seasonings I just threw on 🤣🤷🏼‍♀️, and frozen corn from last seasons corn on the cob 😍😍
Some of the thighs had a glaze of Japanese sauce on it.

Definitely feeling like summer over here 😍 Well until later this week when the temps dip 🫠🤣

Smoked chicken, seasoned with our Chicken Seasoning and Mediterranean, rice and gravy and some green beans(seasoned with our AP).
Honestly I wasn't feeling having chicken thighs 🤷🏼‍♀️ Was I craving anything - no 🤣🤣🤣 But I bought thighs when I did our weekly shopping. So might as well make sure we make what we buy 🤣
These are pretty common sides but I'm always willing to find new side dishes, if you want to share yours 😘
