Did you know that honey is sold by weight, not by liquid volume? Every jar we bottle is weighed to assure that you get exactly what you’re paying for! See the weights listed on the scales? These are our one pound (16 oz.) and two pound (32 oz.) glass jars during our most recent bottling session.
And in case you’re wondering about the weight of the jars, the empty jars are weighed first, then the scales are zeroed out so that when the empty jar is removed from the scale to fill it, the scale actually shows a negative number that reflects the weight of the empty jar. So when the full jar is placed on the scale, we know exactly how much honey is in the jar.

Good news!!! You asked… and they’re here! We are happy to announce that we now have TWO POUND GLASS JARS of honey! So many of you wanted a size larger than the one pound jars, and it took us awhile to find the larger honey jars. Also, while we were getting the larger jars, we decided to get a few smaller, 8 oz. jars for those who don’t want to buy a large quantity, but still prefer glass jars instead of plastic. We will be bottling some in the new jars in a few days, so send us a DM to place an order before we bottle so that we’ll be sure to bottle enough to meet demand!
