Working cows... DONE! ✔️🐄
Working cows is something I believe everyone should experience at least once in their lifetime. In just a few hours, you'll learn some valuable life lessons.
You'll learn to be prepared for a protective mama cow or a crazy steer. You'll have to think fast to catch the sort gate. You'll learn how to load a syringe and give vaccinations, tag cattle, and even castrate bull calves. You'll quickly discover the importance of teamwork, patience, and staying calm when a stubborn steer slips through and makes a run for it.
It's hard, dirty, and exhausting work but at the end of the day, you'll walk away with a deeper appreciation for agriculture, the people who do it every day, and the true meaning of a hard day's work.
