It’s crazy what a little bit of seed and time does! The first picture is in December when we had just mowed down most the black berry veins. The second is in March after we broadcasted some rye grass and the goats were still grazing through here. The last month I’ve had it blocked off and it blew up! Goats should be happy for a little while!🐐🌾

Up for discussion... commercial doe and her buckling. We’ve been wanting to get out of our commercial does and she’s one of the few left. Always raised good kids and kept a nice tight bag. Came out to the farm and noticed a couple goats were out of the fence… I thought “Great, let’s go check the fence?!?.” Sure enough with the strong winds the other night a cedar tree fell on the back side of the fence. Was able to get it cleaned up so the fence will stay HOT!😤😂

So far we have had 12 kids out of 6 does and expect more to come!. We have had 7 does and 5 bucks, but unfortunately we lost a doeling out of a first timer who had triplets. Excited for the rest of the babies to come, but here is a little update for now!!!

Hello my name is Daylin Hunt. My girlfriend Maddie Christian and I have been raising Kiko goats for going on three years. Our farm is located in Watertown, TN. Over the last couple years we have worked hard to improve our land, genetics, and overall knowledge of raising high quality Kikos. We continue to improve our herd through culling and select breeding. We synchronize and breed our does in August for January kidding. We look forward to possible business and sharing our kid crop from this season. Many pictures to come! Thanks!
