Meatloaf

2 lbs ground beef
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup ketchup
Small diced onion
1 egg
1 tablespoon Worcestershire
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 350. Combine above ingredients. Shape into a loaf on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake 45 minutes. Top with 1/4 cup of bbq sauce (or ketchup). Bake for 10 more minutes.
