Our limited-run Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup has been aging in Cooperstown Distillery bourbon barrels, giving our pure maple syrup a rich, complex depth of flavor.
Small batch. Carefully aged. Made in the North Country.
This one is for the people who like their maple syrup a little less ordinary.

Technically maple content because we used maple sugar in our sauce 🤷🏻‍♀️

* 1,500 g ripe tomatoes 🍅 cored
* 100 g sweet pepper 🫑 bell pepper or mild garden pepper
* 25 g garlic 🧄 about 5–6 cloves
* 30 g olive oil
* 12 g salt
* 8 g sugar we used MAPLE
* 3 g dried oregano
Black pepper, red pepper flakes AND FRESHHHHHH herbs, basil, oregano, parsley, etc.

Getting poetic about a bathtub 🫣🫠
Trudging through 4 feet of snow in January in the Maple Woods… this is one of the things that keeps us going. Work faster and you can have a hot bath!

Sugarhouse update - soooo close to having concrete poured! 😍 RIP to our backs though - about to put in PEX for the floor… because HEATED sugarhouse, getting spoiled!
