Y’all, did you really think we were going to have a grand opening WITHOUT bringing our friends at Faith Filled Creations along for the fun?! 🤣❤️

Of course not!! And ohhhh, do we have some deliciousness coming your way this weekend!

We’re so excited to have a little selection of her AMAZING rolls joining us at the Three Dog Acre Farmstand!

🤎 Classic Cinnamon Rolls – Because who doesn’t love a big, soft, gooey cinnamon roll?!

🍕 Pepperoni Rolls – Her BRAND NEW creation, and y’all…these are ridiculously delicious!!

🍑🌶️ Peach Pepper Rolls – Now this one has us especially excited! She’s makes these beauties with our very own Grammy’s Peach Pepper Jam! A little sweet, a little heat, and a whole lot of YUM!

I absolutely LOVE getting to collaborate with other small businesses, and this is exactly the kind of fun we want to bring to our little farmstand! ❤️

We’ll have a limited selection this weekend, so if you’ve been wanting to try her goodies, here’s your chance!

We are SO excited to be teaming up with Kloee from Dough & Darling to bring even MORE deliciousness to the Three Dog Acre Farmstand! 🥰

And y’all, this one’s for our gluten-free friends! 🙌

Kloee makes some absolutely gorgeous gluten-free cookies, and we’re just tickled pink that you’ll be able to snag some of her sweet creations at our FALL GRAND OPENING THIS WEEKEND! 🎉

🍞 Y’ALL…HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF SAME-DAY SOURDOUGH?! 👀

Well, yesterday we decided to shake things up a little here at Three Dog Acre! 😂

Instead of our usual overnight cold-proof process, we decided to experiment with a same-day sourdough bake for some of our Market Wagon orders!

Because apparently running a bakery isn’t exciting enough…we have to throw a little science experiment into the mix! 🤣

And would y’all LOOK at these beauties?! 😍

Golden, gorgeous, with a delicate, thin, crackly crust that sounds absolutely heavenly!

Now, don’t get me wrong…we LOVE our tried-and-true overnight sourdough. But we’re always learning, experimenting, and looking for ways to make our little bakery even better!

So tell me fellow bakers…have y’all ever tried same-day sourdough? Or are you an overnight-proof kinda person?

Either way, Carter was working overtime yesterday, and we’re pretty darn proud of how these turned out! 🐾❤️

Y’ALL. I AM SPEECHLESS. 🥹❤️

Seriously. I don’t even know where to begin.

TODAY WAS OUR BEST POP-UP EVER! 🎉

Lebanon, you showed up for us in a way I don’t think I could have ever imagined, and I’m sitting here trying to wrap my head around just how much love y’all showed our little business today.

Let’s talk about what happened at Valley Growers Garden Center…

🍞 32 FRESH-BAKED SOURDOUGH LOAVES AND Y’ALL BOUGHT 31 OF THEM! Just ONE loaf left, and we gifted that one to the amazing peeps at Valley Growers! ❤️ Not a single loaf came home with us!

🍪 100+ HOMEMADE COOKIES MADE AND ONLY FOUR LEFT AT THE END OF THE DAY! And those last four? We gave them away, too! 😂❤️

🥮 OATMEAL CREAM PIES? GONE! Every last one!

🍐 SALTED CARAMEL PEAR SPOON SAUCE? SOLD OUT! Y’all loved that stuff as much as we do!

And that’s not even TOUCHING all the cinnamon rolls and other amazing goodies y’all cleaned our girl Robin from Faith Filled Creations out of! 😂❤️

I mean, WHAT EVEN WAS TODAY?!

We baked, we packaged, we tied ribbons, we lost sleep, we drank entirely too much coffee and y’all made every single minute of it worth it.

But you know what the absolute BEST part was?

YOU. ALL OF YOU. 💚

Getting to meet so many new faces, finally put faces to names, catch up with familiar friends, hear your kind words, and watch y’all get excited about something we made with our own two hands.

THAT is why we do this.

I’m not even sure I have the right words tonight.

Thankful. Grateful. Blessed. Overwhelmed in the very best way. All the things. 🥹❤️

A huge thank-you to Valley Growers - Lebanon for having us, to Robin for being such an amazing baker partner in all this craziness, and most importantly, to every single person who stopped by, bought something, shared our posts, told a friend, or simply came over to say hello.

You have NO idea how much it means to this little bakery on this little acre in Watertown, Tennessee.

🍞🐾 IT’S POP-UP DAY, Y’ALL! 🎉❤️

Your girl was up past midnight last night packaging cookies, tying ribbons, putting labels on everything, and trying to make it all look pretty. 😂🎀 And I’m not gonna lie, the coffee is gonna have to work overtime today! ☕️

We’ve been baking, mixing, stirring, jarring, and packaging all week, and now we finally get to load it all up and bring it to YOU!

Here’s a little peek at what we’re bringing:

🍞 32 FRESH-BAKED SOURDOUGH LOAVES — Yep, THIRTY-TWO beautiful loaves of sourdough goodness, including some savory favorites and a couple of fall-inspired sweet treats!

🍪 COOKIES GALORE — We’ve got bags of homemade deliciousness AND samples. Because how are you supposed to decide what you want without a little taste test? 😉

🍓 SMALL-BATCH JAMS, JELLIES & FRUIT BUTTERS — Made right here in our kitchen, one batch at a time.

❤️ AND OUR GIRL ROBIN! She’s bringing those absolutely out-of-this-world cinnamon rolls from Faith Filled Creations, along with more of her amazing homemade goodies. Between the two of us, you might want to bring your stretchy pants! 🤣

But as much as we love all this baking, getting to see y’all is the best part. ❤️

🚨 YA’ll, WE HAVE A HOSTAGE SITUATION AT THREE DOG ACRE.

Mr. B just sent me this picture of one of our freshly baked sourdough loaves cooling on the rack, along with the message:

“Bro is none too happy about being here right now.” 💀🤣

Y’ALL. I CANNOT UNSEE IT.

This loaf looks like he was arrested at 3 a.m., denied bail, and just informed he’s being transported to Lebanon tomorrow morning.

Sir. You’re going to a garden center, not federal prison. CALM DOWN. 😭😂

We’ve got 32 loaves headed to Valley Growers tomorrow, and apparently at least ONE of them is going against his will.

If you come to our pop-up Saturday, October 17th, from 9–4, please know that all of our sourdough is made with love.

Some of it just has a little more attitude than others. 🤣🍞
