Innovation happens when customers are willing to challenge the status quo. Seedmaster

We’re grateful for customers who continue looking for better ways to farm, especially when fuel costs are high, input costs continue to rise, and commodity prices remain challenging.

This SeedMaster opener project is more than a redesign. It’s a partnership focused on improving performance, testing new ideas, and finding practical solutions that create value in the field.

Some ideas work. Some ideas evolve. But every improvement starts with someone willing to ask, “What if we tried something different?”

We’re thankful for customers who trust us enough to explore those ideas together.

Build. Test. Improve. Repeat.

3d printing fixtures for scuppers of Jersey barrier forms.

Sometimes the best improvements are the simplest ones.

For this precast concrete mold project, our team designed and 3D-printed a custom fixture to help locate and hold scupper pin components during fabrication.

The fixture uses a magnetic base and simple clip system to quickly position parts, improve consistency, and reduce setup time.

Small improvements like this help eliminate variation, improve repeatability, and make the next assembly easier than the last.

That’s continuous improvement in action.

ONE-PIECE FLOW FOUND 19 IMPROVEMENTS
Before cutting all the material for this precast mold project, we built one complete assembly first.

That first build exposed 19 opportunities for improvement.

Some parts needed fit-up adjustments. Some bends needed refinement. Some plasma-cut parts could be improved. Other changes reduced grinding, trimming, and assembly time.

Instead of locking those issues into every part, we fed each improvement back into the drawings before releasing more material.

That’s the power of One-Piece Flow.

Build one. Learn. Improve. Repeat.

PRECISION THROUGH INNOVATION
Description:
One of our team members designed a simple 3D-printed fixture to hold a tapered dowel pin square during fabrication.
The fixture was coated with anti-spatter to protect it during welding and improve its longevity.
A simple idea that improves accuracy, repeatability, and quality.
Small improvements. Better results.
