This Thursday, our very own Chef Rhonda will be competing on team "Peas in a Pod" in hopes of creating and executing a winning, plant-forward dish. If you recall, she was on the winning team in last year's competition...can she do it again?? Wish her luck when you see her in The DIning Center!!
Plant-Forward, Flavor-First! Plant-forward eating puts vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and legumes at the center of the plate, while still allowing small, occasional amounts of animal products. It’s not about giving something up, but about discovering something new: previously unexplored menu ideas and creative possibilities.
