Later this month we will be offering USDA cuts of lamb at our farm. All of our lambs are grain fed. The lamb meat has a very mild flavor and are very tender. Perfect for trying lamb for the first time. We will have lamb chops, ground lamb, and cubed lamb available for purchase. If anyone is interested in any other cuts, you can message us and we can discuss getting it for you. Pm us with any questions.
