Before announcing dates, I was waiting to get confirmation for this year’s K3 farmers market. However, it seems my category had too many applicants, even to be a fill in vendor, so maybe the weird jam and candy category has expanded? Either way, I’m sorry to announce we will NOT be there this year. Now that I know, I will apply to a few I had held off on. My summer will be split between Honduras and here, so I will not be available every weekend this summer and fall, but I will be here for the month of June, into beginning of July, as well as October.

I would love to do a pop up shop option as well, but I have to check where that would be an option. Suggestions on locations would be appreciated!

Good afternoon! I appreciate everyone’s patience this year as we reorganize. I will be able to take limited orders for marshmallows, fudge and jam for the next 2-3 weeks, so please be sure to get your orders in right away. Only certain flavors will be available every week, so watch posts carefully- I will post the list on Tuesdays.

ALL ORDERS MUST BE IN BY THE END OF EACH FRIDAY. You can place your order via messenger or text me at 312-450-1004. They will then be available for pickup/delivery on the following Wednesday.

Shipping is available, with shipping added Invoices must be paid immediately, unless you have contacted me first to make other arrangements.

Edit- if you are looking for a jam flavor NOT listed, you can request it, but it will only be IF I happen to have some extra stock on hand.

Hello my faithful clients! I know this is a little late in the game for the update, but we have had a lot on our plate the last few months.

You may have noticed that we are not at the K3 farmer's market. We are still needing a place to do what I do on the larger scale, in addition to caring for a few other important issues. I will still be an occasional fill-in ender, and when those dates come up, I will post those.

I still need to go back and forth between Illinois and Honduras (emphasis on the Honduras side). I am currently here in Illinois until July 11th. I can do private orders of marshmallows or other baked treats, and I am taking an inventory of jams and sauces already in stock. Small batch jam or sauces can be requested, and I will see what I can do. If I have an opportunity to create something new and weird, I will definitely update you, and it will be a first-come-first-serve basis.

I appreciate the support you have all given me the past few years, and I hope we can get situated again to allow us to re-join the farmer's market!

We have missed most of the season this year, but I WILL be there tomorrow! Because I haven't been able to make additional jams or sauces, it's going to just be what's in stock already.

Over the next few weeks, marshmallows, fudge or limited baked goods can be ordered, but will just not be available tomorrow.

We had an electrical fire in our home last week, and things are a bit chaotic over here.

I am hoping to return to the market this Saturday. I was able to get some jams done before the fire, so look for pear preserves and bourbon bacon jam.

I’ve finally been cleared to do modified work, so I will be in K3 at the market tomorrow!

Here’s 2 new fudge flavors that will be available- Pink Lemonade and Caramel Coffee. I will also have Butter Pecan fudge and whatever else I can squeeze in there 🙂 For the 21+ crowd, there’s Irish Cream fudge.

I will have Salted Caramel and as-yet-decided-flavor marshmallows as well.

Jams will be whatever is already on hand- if you’re looking for the no sugar varieties, those are in low supply, but hopefully we can get them restocked soon. For my clients who have their regular favorite flavors, message me and I’ll put those flavors at the top of the list. Pears and peaches are coming in, so you’ll start seeing them in items very soon!

I look forward to FINALLY leaving my house and catching up with everyone!
