We are thrilled to announce a one-of-a-kind Farm to Table dinner in collaboration with our friends at Gray Farms!

Christopher and I believe the best things happen when our community comes together, and we are always honored to partner with the local businesses and farmers who make this place so special. As always, our menu is carefully curated around local and seasonal ingredients, thoughtfully prepared and shared around one beautiful table. But only after an in depth tour of the farm, bringing you in harmony with the very ingredients that were freshly harvested for your plate.

This is an intimate gathering, with seating limited to just 20 guests, so this is truly an evening you will not want to miss.

You can now order from our ONLINE STORE!!! We will be adding more and more goodies as the season progresses. Broccoli, tomatoes, zucchini, peppers - tons of stuff coming!

You can order between now and Thursday night.
Pick-up will be Saturday from 7am-7pm.

Revolutionizing farming, one flower at a time.

I feel like there are a lot of people who get scared by the word yoga.

I teach a couple weekly classes at a local recovery center and you wouldn't believe how many people come in there freaked out about what I'm going to have them do and if they'll be able to do it.

The good news is that they LEAVE class telling me they feel SO MUCH better and that they are so glad they gave it a try.
This is the same style of class I'll be leading at my upcoming Wildflower Yoga & Bouquet Making class.

Because the whole goal of this class isn't to give you a workout, or see how flexible you are, or what crazy poses I can get you into.

This class is all about coming into balance.

Finding nervous system regulation.

Getting grounded and finding deep connection.

Connection to . . .
The present moment.
The earth.
Nature.
Your intuitive and higher selves.
Your creativity.

Then, after our yoga session, we'll take that connection and begin designing our unique bouquets. We will spend some time setting an intention on how we want our bouquet to help us FEEL throughout the week, so that every time we look at it, we are reminded to reset our nervous systems and our outlook to come back into that alignment.

I hope you can come spend this slow, peaceful, creative evening with me. I have about half of the spots remaining, so if you'd like to join, you might want to register soon.
