Our first Fair Week has come to an end. We had a very successful week serving up some delicious food for you all!

We want to give a special thank you to those who made this possible for Slingin Q!
*Iroquois County Fair for letting us set up there to serve you all!
*Zach who spent hours, upon hours, UPON HOURS prepping & cooking the meat for the next day, as well as keeping the Mac N Cheese and Potatoes stocked for the day of! Running on little sleep but kept on going!
*LeAnne & Bill for helping with morning prep and serving up some Biscuits & Gravy, coffee and orange juice!
*Bill for running and getting extra items for us when we were running low!
*Kaleb for checking in our daily food supply orders as they were delivered!
*Aubrey for rocking out some Fresh Squeezed Lemonade & taking orders for our lunch rushes! As Ryan rocked out some Fresh Squeezed Lemonade during our evening rushes! We had many compliments on the Lemonades and we appreciate your help!
*Kaylie, Jaret, Nick, Jeremy & Leigh for helping run the truck during the lunch/ dinner rushes! We saw some amazing positivity & teamwork going on and are so thankful for your dedication & energy to help this Fair Week go so well!

Lastly, we want to thank YOU! All of our valued customers! We love to see familiar faces coming through the line & we hope you know how much we appreciate your support! Those who tried us out for the first time, we hope you enjoyed your experience and food & we hope to see you again in the future!

Hello Everyone! You heard right! We will be at the Iroquois County Fair July 14-July 19!

We are planning to have our normal menu AND adding on specials throughout the week! You don’t want to miss out on Loaded Spud Day or Smoked Bologna Day! Stay tuned to see what special is served on the day you come and visit!

We also decided to do a breakfast menu to help fill those fair family’s bellies while you’re busy taking care of your animals! Make sure you stop by 7am-11am Wednesday-Sunday for some Biscuits & Gravy and Orange Juice!

🚨 We’re Hiring Temporary Fair Week Help! 🚨

Slingin Q is coming to Iroquois County Fair July 14-July 19!!

Fair week is almost here, and we’re looking for a few dependable, hardworking people to help out on our food truck for a few shifts to help with the rush!

What we’re looking for:
😁 Friendly attitude
💪 Able to work in a fast-paced environment
⏰ Reliable and punctual
🍴 Food service experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train!
