We have introduced individual cuts for customers who require smaller quantities due to limited freezer space, offering steaks, roast, ground beef, and Brisket, with further cuts available upon request. Please message us to communicate your needs!

We have a whole beef available for August. It can be divided into quarters if a smaller portion is desired. Please let us know if you are interested.

We have two quarters remaining until December 30th, which will be available for drop-off during the second week of January. Stock up for 2025 and secure your order spots for 2025.

If you are interested in filling your freezer with beef and skipping the store. We have November spots available for 1/4's, halves, and wholes. Vacuum sealed, remember you choose your cuts! Butchering paid for. $4.25 lb hanging weight.

Remember the customer chooses their own cuts, whatever is not chosen the customer receives the rest in ground beef.
