Class C pay: 20.00–22.50/hr; Class B pay: 22.00–24.50/hr, depending on experience. On‑site roles based out of our Watsonville, CA warehouse.

A game day classic…with a twist! Who doesn’t love the good old “onion soup and sour cream dip” we all grew up with!? This one has caramelized onions, that seem to take forever, but so worth the sweet goodness that is the result. Once you think the onions are done, add the white wine to deglaze the pan and let them go 10 more minutes. Remove the thyme and set aside to cool. Once cooled, chop chop and mix vinegar, sour cream, chives, and Greek yogurt. Top with a healthy sprinkle of everything seasoning and chives. You will not be sorry!

• 2 pounds large yellow onions thinly sliced
• 3 large shallots thinly sliced
• 4 sprigs thyme
• ¼ cup olive oil
• Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
• 1 cup white wine
• 2 tablespoons champagne vinegar
• 2 cups sour cream
• ½ cup chopped fresh chives
• ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
• Everything seasoning and chives
• Potato Chips for serving

Of course we can thank for the recipe. She does her onions in the oven.

Stop throwing away or composting your beet greens! 🥬 These babies sauté up similar to Swiss chard. Add some extra virgin olive oil to a pan. Add a couple cloves of fresh garlic, salt, and pepper flakes. Sauté, then finish with some dry white wine or red wine vinegar. 🤌🏼🤌🏼
