Countdown till Thanksgiving…..

Hey folks, time to eat all those yummy, beautiful pumpkins /squash you got this fall. Head out to the farm and get some yummy edible winter squash for your holidays; they are not just for pies. Mini one you can stuff savory or sweet, roast em and have with your soup or chili, or make soup, great topping on your pizzas or roastedsquash w/ garlic as your pizza sauce, try au gratin with Gorgonzola and cranberries? Don’t forget barbecue wedges of any green or blue squash.
DM for ideas, I’ve got tons. We want to thank everybody that came out this season. We will be open this SundayWednesday from 1-4 PM. Nothing taste better than a homemade pumpkin pie cooked with our winter luxuries pie Pumpkins. We have lots of small edible squash, and some wonderful varieties for any size feast for your holidays. And there are still some of your favorite flowers left out on the farm to decorate your tables. We look forward to seeing you out on the Farm Happy Holidays.
