Roland, a Long Island native, came to Santa Cruz, CA in 2005 with a passion for pizza and a history of great Italian family recipes. Although not a green thumb himself, he adored the local ingredients and created long-lasting partnerships & friendships with Santa Cruz organic farms and farmers. He had an instinct to create a healthy product, changing the way Californians eat & think about pizza. W

Our take and bake pizzas can be found at your local natural foods markets, your community farmers markets, and our new pantry at Uncie Ro's Pizza Kitchen in Soquel and now featuring our mobile wood-fired 'Mugnaini' pizza oven.
