After many years of supplying Hotels, Restaurants, Bakeries and Resorts with the finest frozen gourment Croissants and Pastries, we have created frozen bake at home Croissants, Chocolate Croissants, Puff Pastry Apple and Blueberry Turnovers and a Sticky Cinnamon Pecan Spiral. Our pastries are available at retail stores throughout California, Washington and Oregon, Central Markets in Texas and in

To prepare our Croissants simply remove them from the freezer, leave them out on a counter overnight to rise and bake them in the morning for 15 - 20. When was the last time that you had a warm, flaky, buttery Croissant at home? Boulangerie Solignac is based in Brisbane, CA a few miles south of San Francisco. Our recipes were developed by French trained Pastry Chefs and go back many generations.

Happy Mother's Day. Forget the flowers and make Mom something special this weekend. I am sure you can guess what we are thinking - an amazing Boulangerie Solignac Rise & Bake Croissant.
