We will be at the Lakes Area Farmers Market this Saturday from 10am-1pm. We will have limited supply this week because our flowers are just starting to bloom for us. But I'm excited to be back!

Our featured flower this week is ranunculus (pictured below). They are boldly colored, stunningly beautiful and have a great vase life!

I have been pretty quiet on here lately because we have been very busy in the field. So I thought it's about time for an update.

Yes, we will be at the farmers markets this year! Actually, two of them! You can find us at the Lakes Area Farmers Market in Detroit Lakes (People's Park-behind Zorbas) on Tuesdays and Saturdays from 10am-1pm. We are excited to announce that we will also be at the Folkways Red River Market in Downtown Fargo every Saturday (starting the second Saturday in July) from 10am-2pm! Yay!

We have not been at any of the markets yet, because of the cool spring, our flowers have been a few weeks behind normal schedule. I am starting to get blooms on my ranunculus and we will be starting the markets either this Saturday or next Tuesday. I will be updating tomorrow whether we will be making it this Saturday!

I am so excited for you all to see what we have growing this year and to bring you some fresh and beautiful flowers from our farm.

Bri and I were planting dahlias with our new stand n plant tool. It worked great for the smaller cuttings. Slowly but surely we are getting more plants in the ground. It feels like an endless task right now!

It's not even an inch tall but she sure is pretty! Anemones start off really short but eventually get taller and taller stems as they continue to grow. Hopefully, in another month the stems will be long enough for bouquets.
