Crazy I get blocked and no messages saved and no way to comment on a post so here we go to social media and I’m going to try to keep it short me and the customer solved the issue via private messages on Snapchat and then settings were changed to delete immediately !! I offered a partial refund on some fruit because she didn’t get it due to it not freezing because of time ordered but once product is bought and made policy is no refund ! about how it looked once they got to the location ALL CUSTOMERS are aware to keep the product frozen or at least cold especially with certain ones because certain issues do happen and I aware customers of that and the person was almost 2 hours late from scheduled pickup time and yes I LEFT my vacation to DO HER ORDER and mind y’all she ordered a day before she needed it !! That’s all I’m going to say we’re literally solved the issue and we still come to social media like middle schoolers And I have no way of communicating so I’m sure this will make its way but this is all I’m going to say and comments will be turned off cause I’m not doing social media bs be grown . I am licensed to do what I do for everything and business continues to grow everyday and I’m thankful for what I have 🥰
