Thank you Waukee for another almost sellout!!!!

It’s Farmers Market in Waukee! We have lemon and chocolate chip & brown butter snickerdoodle and S’mores! As well as Dutch Letter bars and amazing spiced pumpkin bread. Come see us!!

It’s been a busy week for this grandma. I opted to not enter anything in the fair this year. But 3 of my amazing grandchildren entered baked goods and they did amazing! Emily(10) entered a red velvet cake and got a blue ribbon in her category. Kaden (6) entered s’mores cookies and got a blue ribbon in his category and 2nd place overall!! And our littlest, Camryn (5) entered lemon cookies and got a blue ribbon in her category and 1st overall!! This grandma’s heart is so full! I’m so proud of all the hard work they did. They may have been my recipes, but it was their love that made them all blue ribbon winners!

And we made birthday cakes for two of the grandkids. Henry (14) and Emily. Strawberry and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough.
