💜 On Thursday we participated in the March of Dimes Signature Chef’s event at Potowotomi. Such an incredible line up of chefs supporting a very important cause.

We won the People’s Choice Award for our dish: Scotch Quail Egg. It was a great feeling to win since we spent so much time peeling, wrapping and breading 400 soft-boiled quail eggs. Probably won’t do that again. 🫠

Most importantly, the greatest achievement for us that night was seeing our auction package (100 Thanksgiving meals delivered to local NICUs so the familes and staff can enjoy the holiday even if they are stuck in the hospital) sell for nearly $20,000!!!

We are beyond humbled by the award and the generous donations of everyone who attended this year’s event. 💜

We are deeply heartbroken to share that our dear friend Kelly Roecker passed away early this morning. Kelly brought warmth, joy and generosity to everyone she met. Her spirit will live on in the countless lives she touched. And we will miss her tremendously.
