Today is 'Meals-to-Go' pick-up day which means the Marketplace is open from 2-6 if you wanted to grab one of our pizza kits (as seen on Fox 6 Milwaukee) - you get not 1 BUT 3 pizzas for $19.95 and that includes your choice of Chicago Italian sausage or pepperoni. Our cheese is blended with whole/part skim mozzarella with a kiss of Buffalo milk. We also add just a touch of smoked provolone. Of course the sauce is made right here at the kitchen and has a nice touch of sweetness to it - while supplies last.

Why We Refrigerate:
Heating up raw honey will change the makeup of the honey, and potentially weaken or destroy enzymes, vitamins, minerals, etc. Who would want that? The phytonutrients in raw honey are responsible for its antioxidant properties, as well as its antibacterial and antifungal power. They’re also thought to be the reason raw honey has shown immune boosting and anticancer benefits. Heavy processing destroys these valuable nutrients. This is why our honey is never cooked and why our Aronia Syrup is refrigerated.

Our Marketplace opens up inside Chef Pam’s Kitchen on Saturday Feb 12th. We will have Pizza Kit’s and many fresh items made from the artisans that utilize our commercial kitchens. We'll have Gluten Free Cookies, Jams, Toffee, Liquor Infused Custards, Chocolate Truffles, Keto Soups/Stews & so much more. New products are being added everyday so please come out and support these amazingly talented artisans. FREE SAMPLES of our Pizza Kits will be available on Saturday Feb 12th from 2-4pm and are a great addition to your Superbowl line-up! Marketplace hours this weekend are Saturday 1-5 & Sunday Noon-5. JUST ADDED - Joyaux Sweets will also be on hand for your chocolate Valentine needs!
