Owner and pig roasting expert Tom Mueller opened Maple Creek Farms in the spring of 1975, with a vision of creating Waukesha's ultimate "Party with a Pig" experience. In addition to providing locally raised pork to restaurants, Maple Creek Farms sold whole and/or half pork ready for your freezer. In 1980, Mueller began to bring the pig roast experience to local parties. He rented his first roaster
from a rental company, the party was an instant hit. Today, Maple Creek Farms has more than 40 roasters and has become the leading pig roast company in the Midwest. Mueller has spent his life creating the world's best pig roast experience and coined the phrase "Party with a Pig"
Even though the Pig is the main attraction for "Party with a Pig," Maple Creek Farms also has chicken roasters and a large variety of side dishes to compliment the main course. Maple Creek Farms is flexible, working closely with other caterers to give you the best experience for your party. Maple Creek Farms has raised their own pigs in Waukesha, since 1975, to provide locally grown, high-quality meat. Currently, Maple Creek has expanded to include event planning services as well as tents and even a Minister to perform wedding ceremonies.
