Legacy Bakehouse Acquires Classic Cookie 📢

Legacy Bakehouse, a Wisconsin-based leader in baked snacks and contract manufacturing, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Classic Cookie, a premium cookie manufacturer based in Sevierville, TN. This strategic acquisition expands Legacy's product offerings into the sweet snacks category and strengthens its geographic reach with the addition of a third production facility.

Classic Cookie, with national retail distribution through Walmart and other partners, brings valuable expertise in cookie and brownie production. This marks Legacy's second acquisition in six months, following the acquisition of Angelic Bakehouse, as part of its ongoing growth strategy.

"Classic Cookie is a significant step in expanding our capabilities, markets, and customer reach," said Alain Vallet-Sandre, Chief Commercial Officer of Legacy Bakehouse.
