If you are thinking of venturing out this morning, we highly recommend a visit to Wisconsin’s 511 page, which gives you access to road conditions and allows you to view traffic cameras of our roadways.

As you can see, the Interstate in our jurisdiction is outlined in black, meaning it’s either closed or completely stopped. I think this means you should go back to bed. 😴

Property managers, facilities and maintenance professionals - when is the last time your water's hardness was tested?

Hard water occurs naturally throughout south-central Wisconsin and wreaks havoc on appliances, fixtures and especially water heaters.

Mineral buildup from hard water can cut your water heater's efficiency by up to 24%, accelerating wear, increasing energy costs, and causing premature failures.

On top of replacement costs, upcoming code changes to the venting of your water heater will make an already expensive job much more costly.

To protect your investments and reduce lifecycle costs: we offer a free water hardness test and system evaluation for all commercial properties.
