Lemmenes Custom Farms LLC LCF is a custom forage harvesting and manure applicating business. Lemmenes Custom Farms LLC is a family owned and operated agriculture business.

LCF is located in Waupun Wisconsin and is proudly owned by Roy, Luke and Abe Lemmenes. Founded in August of 2001, Lemmenes Custom Farms LLC is one of the areas largest manure application businesses. LCF pumps manure from April through December along with harvesting haylage and corn silage for customers. We strive to be front runners with cutting edge technology to perform our job in the most effic

ient and timely manner possible! Along with keeping busy in the fields 8-9 months a year we also do all our own maintenance and fabrication on equipment we use to get the job done! Through hands on experience, LCF can create equipment that is changing the way we think about the manure application process. ISO Herdsperson. 1800 cow dairy located by Fox Lake, WI. Clean/modern facilities with solid/good crew in place.
Duties include but not limited to:
Basic herd health care, diagnosing/treating animals, monitor cow health on SCR system, maintain inventories, work with employees on protocols and following procedures, manage herd records on bovisync, manage repro shots, dry off, moving cows, hoof care, etc.

This is a very flexible position. 40-50 hours per week. Pay will be based off experience. Benefits include: Health insurance, paid holidays, PTO, short and long term disability, life insurance, employeer matched 401K.

HELP WANTED

We are a custom farming operation based out of Waupun Wi, that travels within a 35 mile radius. We harvest haylage and corn silage, and pump manure. We run modern well taken care of equipment: John Deere choppers, John Deere, CIH, Fendt tractors, and Kenworth semis (automatics). We are accepting full, part time, weekend help and are looking to add to our retired staff of drivers. CDL is a strong plus, but spots open for non-CDL equipment operators. Positions open for truck driving (forage and manure, no commercial), manure pumping, dragline, harvesting, shop work, washing, general maintenance, and tractor driving.
Must be a team player, drug free, self motivated, timely, and an honest individual. Must be able to listen and follow directions! If you are hard on equipment, or late, this job is not for you. Some of the days can get long, we have to work around the weather. Hours vary, we try not to work on Sundays but it does happen occasionally. Friendly crew to work with.

Last load of the 2021 silage harvest! We were nervous this spring when it seemed like all the corn got planted in a 7 day window! We thought for sure it was going to be a rough harvest. On a whole the harvest went pretty good. Weather was good and no major breakdowns.
