🍂🥃 TOBER 🥃🍂

ITS BACK! This was a huge crowd favorite last year and was just a fun little side project that turned into something super unique and interesting that will now be a seasonal staple of ours. Meet Tober, this is a Marzen styled Oktoberfest aged briefly in Driftless Glen bourbon & rye barrels and blended together to create a smooth flavorful Marzen. We decided this year to package it as well as sooo many people wished they could have taken it home. So enjoy this fun little sleek packaging that’s the perfect size for a beer like this!

Tober // Barrel Aged Oktoberfest // ABV: 9% // IBU:25
•A traditional Marzen at its core, aged separately in Driftless Glen Bourbon and rye barrels, then blended for the final pour. Rich malt backbone meets warm notes of vanilla, oak, and a peppery rye spice from the barrels. Bold, layered, and built for the season.

It’s Rivalry Week at trivia tonight! ⚾️

Wear your best Brew Crew gear and score 2 extra points for your team! Show up in Cubs gear and we’ll subtract 2 points… JK—we may question your judgment, but we support all teams here. 😂

The game will be on, the beer will be cold, the cocktails will be flowing, and the kitchen will be serving up the good stuff!

We’re trying something new for trivia this week by highlighting a local business! If you love The Rock and love golfing, this night is for you—all trivia prizes will be gift cards to The Rock! ⛳️

Then Friday, we’re wrapping up our Summer Concert Series with The Ranging Rooster food truck from 5–9 PM and Reece & Alec playing from 6–9 PM! 🎶🐓

And all the other days? We’ll be here pouring beer and pretending summer isn’t almost over. 😅

🍊☕️NEW COCKTAIL☕️🍊

Meet Moo-cha Loca, this coffee inspired cocktail is based off of the famous Ramos Gin Fizz and is made famous for its crazy thick foam head appearance! The base of this cocktail starts with Reposado Tequila which pairs very nicely with the coffee and orange flavors throughout. We make an in house cafe olla syrup which consist of brown sugar, blackstrap, canela, orange peel, salt, and mole bitters. All these flavors complement the Coffee-Cacao Acid Buddy which is a great replacement for not needing lemon or lime to balance this drink. It gets its rich creamy look and dense foam head from heavy cream and egg whites and topped off with Top Note club soda which shoots the foam head up past the glass giving it that signature look! This is definitely a fun and unique cocktail you gotta try!
