That time of year again!! We will be at the Village of Weston Farmer's market this Saturday. We are excited to be at the new location!

We have our snack sticks available!

Intro to Bison Meat:
🦬Names for individual cuts of bison are identical to beef.
🦬Bison can appear to be a deeper red due to the fact that bison has lower fat content, thus less marbling than beef, and higher iron content
🦬Because bison is lean, it will cook quickly. Watch internal temperature and cooking time to avoid overcooking.

We had a blast at the farm show in Oshkosh yesterday! The boys did an awesome job as runners. We served a ton of Delicious Bison meat!
