So this weekend on Swanton, while leaving my cell phone was on the inside counter. It took a trip down cell phone lane...today it joined 12 other broken phones I have accumulated since moving to Ohio 12 yrs ago.

Tree guys are hell on phones or this one anyways. So that being said I think all Info and booked dates and info transferred successfully .
However if you have a booked date in 2026 please text me 419 403 1983 with name , date and location so I can verify i have it on this new phone.

In recent visits to Swanton, we have noticed that barbecue aficionados have consistently depleted our Brisket box. As a result, we are issuing a challenge at the commencement of the Swanton Summer Block Parties: if you are the individual who orders the last Brisket in the box, your entire order will be complimentary, and you will receive a $100 bill as a token of our appreciation. To clarify, if your order exhausts our brisket reserves, your entire order will be free, and you will receive the aforementioned $100. We have just been informed that our pulled pork is requesting to be included in this offer. Therefore, we are extending the same offer to our pulled pork: if you place an order that depletes our pulled pork reserves, your order will be free, and you will receive a $75 bill. This is becoming increasingly costly. Our baby backs are now demanding similar treatment. If you place an order that empties our baby backs, your order will be free, and you will receive $50.

Madeline's Smokehouse needs a superhero sidekick to save the day on our food trailer. The epic duties include taking orders like a boss on the register, expediting orders faster than a speeding bullet, setting up and breaking down with cleaning, and occasionally helping with order prep. We've got a slew of events lined up, from company parties to wedding and engagement shindigs, and community events galore. The pay is a whopping $18 an hour plus tips, and BBQ to eat. So..Friday you wiped out the brisket, so I'm bringing 5 full packers , 30 lbs of baby back ribs , 30 lbs of pork belly bites, 10lbs of oxtail ,10lbs of short ribs 35lbs of pulled pork, LOTS OF PEACH COBBLER .
