Hey all š
Been going at this non stop since 4am yesterday morning. The amount of coffee that's been consumed is unreal.
We'll be continuing to work all through the night and into the early morning.
We're expecting to be caught up by tomorrow evening. Lots of orders are almost ready, just waiting on 1 out 2 flavors to finish up before shipping out.
We'll be bumping up some orders to priority mail service if you've been waiting a good while/to make sure you get things before you head out of town, or will be tossing in some extra jerky/trail mix for your patience.
We are fully aware that we've been running behind on most orders due to our recent surge in popularity, and this surge has increased our order to fulfillment time by about 50% over the past 2 weeks, but want to assure everyone that this is being addressed.
We've invest in more equipment and implemented a new slotting system to ensure we can manage all the orders we're currently receiving.
If you have any questions or concerns about your pending order, please feel free to reach out. We intend to make everything as hassle free as possible, especially going forward in regards to our turnaround times.
