We were able to get some group pictures this past week of the lambs that will be offered this upcoming weekend, March 27th-29th.

Both wether lambs and ewe lambs will be available.

We believe that there are some great prospects in this group, and lambs that can fit many needs and goals! Please don’t hesitate to reach out to discuss the lambs.

Lambs will be available on a first come first serve basis by appointment. Lambs are weaned and ready to go to their new homes on these dates.

Many may remember the ewe lamb on the left from last years lambing season. She gained a lot of popularity from visitors for her quality.. as well as her cuteness. She ended up being kept as a replacement ewe lamb, and has continued to look the part since day one.

Her full sibling (on the right), made her appearance this morning. Some crazy unique markings, but a cuteness overload overall. Will I keep her as a replacement ewe lamb as well? A little early to tell, but most likely ☺️.

With a few lambs on the ground now, lambing at SCL has officially begun! 🐑💜

Congratulations to Whitley Randalls on her placings with her lambs at the Bates County Fair (MO) as well as the Missouri State Fair!

🥇Class champion with her hamp lamb
◽️She also was named Reserve Senior Showman with her natural lamb!

Whitley was also awarded the Lamb Carcass Sweepstakes award!

I appreciate the time and effort Whitley puts into her lambs and I congratulate her on her hard work paying off!

These seven lambs pictured are a good representation of what is in the barn this year. Proud of the set of lambs we have available and believe there is truly something for everyone.

Our barn opens Saturday, March 29th. These 7 and their pen mates will be available for viewing!

We don’t usually get very many speckle lambs around here, but when we do… they sure are pretty cute ☺️😉💜

Lambing is well underway here at SCL. We are close to wrapping things up for the 2025 lambing season, and only have a small group of late lambers left to go.

We are pleased with what we see so far! Keep us in mind this spring when on the hunt for your next project!
