Missed getting a photo of bacon, cheese Wagyu burgers that we had for dinner last night, but I made extra so I can throw them in the freezer and we can pull a couple out and cook them up quick! ...This only making food for John & I has been a challenge for me! But I'm learning to make a full "batch" and freeze half right off.😉

Update:
We just dropped the boys off at the butcher this morning and they were impressed! We still have a half and a quarter that are not spoken for. If you want to have it custom cut I need to know by Monday 8Jan2024, but it's first come first serve so send me a message if you are interested!

Ok folks we have 2 wagyu beef going to the locker on Jan 2nd. I have whole, sides and qtrs available. We are building a relationship with a new locker and super excited to see all that they have to offer! Let me know what you need to fill your freezer for the winter. Delivery may be available, please inquire!

My pickup is LOADED with Wagyu beef headed to Manhattan, KS and Pagosa Springs, CO! And folks around the Lincoln area are picking up our beef as well. We have 2 more ready to go to the locker! Drop me a line if you want to fill your freezer, or it makes a great Christmas present!!

Headed to visit our girls (John's driving) so I thought I would check in! It's been a busy summer with family, friends and so many things to be grateful for. We have another big celebration this fall ❤ but I wanted to be sure to get the word out that the first Friday in Nov we will be taking a couple more of our Wagyu beef in to be processed... so if you are looking to fill your freezer for the winter with some tender beef shoot me a message!
