🌸 2026 Peach Season Update 🍑

Just a week ago, we were bracing for the worst—snow on the ground, freezing temperatures, and delicate blooms already open on the trees. It had us worried the peach crop might take a serious hit.

Fast forward to today, and it’s a completely different story. I’m out here capturing photos of stunning blooms opening up everywhere—such a beautiful sight!

A few varieties did experience a little damage from the cold, but in a way, that’s nature lending a hand with thinning.

There’s still plenty of spring ahead, but right now, we’re feeling hopeful and excited for a big, beautiful peach crop this season! 🍑

🍑 Peach Season is Wrapping Up! 🍑

We’re now picking our final variety of the season – the sweet and juicy 007 peach!

We’ll be harvesting this variety all week and expect to have enough to stay open through the weekend. Our last day of the season will be Monday, September 1st. If anything changes, we’ll post updates – but for now, plan to come out and enjoy the last taste of summer!

We’re currently between pickings on the cling varieties and the freestones. We expect light pickings early in the week, but don’t anticipate picking Red Havens in any numbers until this weekend. Please call ahead before making the drive to ensure we have what you’re looking for: (660) 493-2477

Ice Cream Update:
We’ve completely sold out of ice cream until Tuesday morning. I’ll be increasing our next order to help make sure we don’t run into another shortage. Thanks for your patience — we know how important those cold peach treats are in the summer heat!

Ice Cream Machine Update 🍦
Our Vanilla Mix has been delivered, and the ice cream machine is back up and running!

July 1st Update: A Little bit of Bad News & Some Peachy Good News 🍑🍦

Let’s start with the not-so-sweet news — we had a mix-up with this morning’s ice cream delivery and will be out of Vanilla ice cream for most of the day. We’re expecting a delivery soon, and we’ll be sure to let everyone know as soon as the machine is back up and running!

Now for the good stuff: We have plenty of peaches! 🍑
Today we’re sorting through Garnet Beauty, 8-Balls, and Early Red Haven — all semi-cling varieties that are great for fresh eating and easy slicing.

Thanks for your patience with the ice cream — and come grab some juicy peaches while they last!

It’s Starting to Feel Like Summer! ☀️🍑

With this stretch of warm weather and plenty of peaches on the trees, summer has officially arrived at the farm! We’re out picking nearly every evening, and the peach bins are filling fast.

Our current varieties include:
• Garnet Beauty
• Desiree
• Glen Glo

These are still clingstone varieties, but we’ve noticed the riper they get, the easier they pull away from the seed—usually just clinging to the top and bottom.

Looking ahead to the weekend, we’ll begin harvesting:
• 8 Balls
• Reliance
• Early Red Haven

We do have Lodi apples available for anyone wanting to make some applesauce! To make sure we have what you are wanting please call and reserve your order.

We’re currently picking Desiree and PF-1 peaches — both are clingstone varieties, meaning the flesh sticks to the pit. They’re delicious for snacking, but a bit tricky to slice for canning or baking.
