LAST DAY

Monday, August 3rd will be our last day on the road.

We will pick as much as we can, head to the road at 3:00, and go until we sell out.
The heat has made it a little more ripe and shorten our season, but we hope to see you one last time to celebrate our 40th season!

FREEZING
We still will be doing freezing orders on Tuesday and Wednesday, reach out to Rod at 612-554-8646 if you would like to freeze some corn.

UPDATE

We will be out on the road Thursday and Friday, from 3-5:00. The corn is still doing great and we are onto our 3rd and final variety.

LAST DAY

Our last day on the road will be Monday.
We will pick as much as we can that day, and start selling at 3:00 and go until we sell out.

HOW DO YOU COOK YOUR SWEET CORN?

We STEAM ours. We bring a pot of water to a boil and then put the sweet corn in for about 4-5 minutes, or when it starts to boil again. So good.
