Jers kitchen escapades the last few day....

Mongolian ground beef, rice, with fried eggs

Wagu Sirloin with salt boiled petite yellow potatoes

Smothered Porkchops (onion and cherry peppers in a lemon juice and chicken stock sauce) along with Greek lemon baked potatoes and Lebanese Salad

And tonight Homeade spaghetti sauce, homemade meatballs, and pasta with the Lebanese Salad again because it was so good!

Jer found a 16 bean soup mix at the store. He soaked the beans overnight, then today we created this video to show how he doctored them into delishiousness!

2 hours before it was done (cooked on high in crockpot 6 hours), he added about 2 lbs of smoked pork from a pork shoulder he smoked over the weekend.

A really good rich soup for a cold day. 🫘🍽.

I know I (Jer's wife) haven't posted in a while, but I have to tonight as Jeremy Majors blew it out of the park!

Reverse seared bone in Ribeye. (Was a rib roast cut in half portions), accompanied by Garlic Green beans, and rosemary cubed and air-fried potatoes.

He smoked the ribeye roast to 120⁰ (smoker on 225⁰) and finished it on the grill, then let it rest. Only seasoned with big granular salt and fresh ground pepper.
