Happy New Year from Pina’s Cocina. As some people may know for the past month or so I have been making empanadas. I have decided to continue making them weekly, along with making plates of food biweekly. This Friday I will be selling Mole estilo de Michoacán and empanadas as well. Each plate comes with your choice of chicken (one breast, or 2 other pieces of chicken), along with rice and 2 tamales in banana leaves (masa only). Each plate is $10. Our empanada flavors are pineapple, strawberry, cajeta, cheesecake, and apple. One dozen of empanadas is $10 and half a dozen is $5. All orders will be delivered on Friday (January 15), with a $5 delivery charge (within a 20 mile radius and a minimum of a $25 purchase).
