¡Hola! Mi nombre es Esmeralda, vivo aquí en Waxahachie y con este calor de verano pensé no hay mejor manera de refrescarse que disfrutando de una mangonada! Esta idea me vino después de recordar mis veranos en México, donde mi pueblito tenía una señora encantadora llamada Irene que vendía a unas cuadras de donde yo vivía. ¡No había nada mejor que disfrutar de una dulce mangonada con sabores ricos de tajin,chamoy y un poco de limón en un caluroso día de verano con mis primos!
¡Espero que las disfruten tanto como yo! 🥭😋☀️

Hi there! My name is Esmeralda, I’m a local here in waxahachie and with this summer heat I thought what better way to cool off than to enjoy a mangonada (a mango popsicle in a cup)! Now this idea came to me after reminiscing my summers in Mexico where my little town had this lovely little elderly lady named Irene who sold them just a few blocks down from where I lived. There was nothing better than enjoying a sweet mangonada with burst of savory tajin, chamoy and a bit of lime on a hot summer day with my cousins!
I hope you enjoy them as much as I did growing up! 🥭😋☀️
