I am a independent contractor for catering I have been in the Restaurant and Food Business for over 30
years I fell in love entertaining others and getting the enjoyment out of pleasing friends and family taste buds but as time progressed I was pushed to try doing for others at a cost. It's a long road and it has it's ups and downs and it's do's and don't' and trial and errors and you live and learn but I am very excited about how it has become a passion of mine to make it grow.
