First, let's start off with WE HAVE MISSED YOU!! I know we have not posted much recently, but that's bc we haven't been cooking near as much as we were.
Some knew, some didn't, but I lost my mother in January of 2025. I was/am a mamas boy since day 1 and it took its toll.... Staying busy helped tremendously.... Pit master of HPO, a community coach for our local rec and school soccer program, president of our hunting club, and a father of three as we welcomed our third child just two months after Mom left us. I had a plate full for sure.
We did a record number of competitions in 2025 for our team and still continued to improve our scores. Helped our school soccer team enter the playoffs as the number two seed for the first time ever and had 1st ever wins against two of our rivals. But something had to slow down....
2026 we made the difficult decision to hold off entering several competitions and now it is June in the blink of an eye. WE WILL BE COOKING AGAIN SOON, REST ASSURED!!
I was able to knock off some rust this afternoon and it turned out great!
