We are a USDA certified organic vegetable farm on the edge of the Poconos in Waymart, PA.

We grow a seasonal variety of quality, fresh vegetables, herbs, and flowers. Our mission is to connect you to delicious and healthy food grown in your area.

Super excited to be back at starting this Saturday 8-12, rain or shine!

We will have lots of leafy greens - baby bok choy, Tatsoi, toscano kale, curly kale, collard greens, Swiss chard, radish, arugula, salad greens.

We will also have ASPARAGUS for the very first time! Supply is limited so come early!

Can’t wait to see old friends and meet new faces. Cheers to a hearty season ahead!

Today was our final harvest day of 2025 and tomorrow will be our last day at the this season. Thank you to everyone for your support! It was a great a year and we are grateful to be growing your food! Hope to see you there 💚.

Can’t believe how quickly it’s starting to feel like fall on the farm! Our fall crops, especially the brassicas (kale, collard, chard, cabbage, broccoli), have been enjoying these mild sunny days and cool nights.

We’ve also harvested some of our winter squash this week (butternut, honeynut, delicata, kabocha). Be on the lookout for these in the next few weeks!

Boy that was a HOT week; summer is definitely here to stay! Lots of things happening at the farm lately.

🫛 The peas and beets are plump and sweet.

🥔 Most of the potatoes survived the wet and we were able to start hilling them last weekend. We will try and refine our hilling process this year as they grow.

🍅 The tomatoes, cukes, and zukes survived the heavy rain and the cold late spring they were planted into. They seem to have pulled through and are setting fruit.

🥬 The leafy greens (kale, swiss chard, collard, lettuce, bok choy) are standing strong. So much appreciation to these plants because they are so resilient.

🚜 The ground finally dried out decently well so we were able to till in the cover crop from the spring and get buckwheat and clover seeded in our new field.

🐱 The cat enjoys plenty of naps and pets all day long.

🧑🏼‍🌾👩🏻‍🌾 Joe and Yi are muddy and sweaty but happy that the farm is resilient.

Excited to be at and this weekend with lots of fresh veggies! Hoping for sunny and dry days ahead 🌞.

March has been a solid start to the 2025 season.

The greenhouse is filling up with spring veggies.

The garlic is here.

We got some blueberry bushes planted.

The ground has dried out fairly well so we were able to plow through old pasture to open up a new half-acre field, which will allow us to grow more food, have longer crop rotations, and rest some sections of our fields for over a season which should help build and maintain soil health.

We have even been able to get some ground prep done for our first plantings and spring cover crops.

It’s great to be back at it and we are excited for the season ahead!

This Saturday will be our last market at Monroe! We will have lots of carrots, spinach, lettuce, turnips, bok choy, and more for your Thanksgiving feast!

Also, peep at this really nice Tatsoi (a fan favorite this year). My head for scale 🤪.
