Here is a bigger list of food needs for the local food pantry. You can drop off at our shop M- F 8-5 through Dec 1st.

This letter is to tell you about our non-profit organization. Our purpose is to help people in need in our area (basically the Wayne, Bradner, West Millgrove, Risingsun and Lakota Ministerial area).

This help may be in the form of food or for a utility assist. If it is for a utility assist, we will only help once within a one year period. We can help up to $200.00 by sending a check to the utility company. If the need is for food, we are able to help several times a year.

We also make Easter and Christmas food baskets to help these people. These baskets are larger quantities and are above and beyond the above help. We usually make between 60 and 75 of these baskets at Easter and Christmas time.

Our needs at this time are:
Ketchup
Mustard
Peanut butter
Canned pasta
Instant potatoes
Soups
Hamburger Helper
Canned vegetables
Mac & cheese
Jello/pudding
Cake mix/Frosting
Spaghetti
Shampoo
Body wash
Tuna
Noodles
Canned chicken, ham or beef
Pancake mix/syrup
Ramen noodles
Toothpaste/tooth brushes
Kleenex
Liquid hand soap.

*Please watch for expiration date on foods*

Monetary donations are needed as we will be purchasing the perishable items needed for the food baskets. FOOD NEEDED BY DECEMBER 1st.

This is done at St. James Lutheran Church, corner of Caldwell and Timmons Streets in Bradner. If you know of anyone in need of food, please contact us at the below number.
